We understand how frustrating it can be when you don't know where your shield order is. A few things to keep in mind before contacting us.
- Carriers may be prematurely stating that your order has been delivered when it has not. Please contact us two days after a delivered status so we can further investigate. Typically packages can show up 1-2 days after delivery notification.
- Make sure to ask your neighbors and look around your delivery location for the package. Because of the growing theft of packages, carriers are sometimes leaving packages with neighbors or hiding it from thieves around your location.
- If your package is not located two days after the delivered status or if you have not seen movement on your tracked package, please contact us for further assistance.
